Ugandan Workplaces

In uganda, many Organisations and businesses are not doing well because;
  1. Little pay by employers, this reduces on the interest and hard work of workers or employees in the business b'se they think you the employer you benefit alot from their hard work and in this case many Organisations lose better workers, there4 a better worker should get a better pay for success of any business/Organisation.
  2. Many employees don't work or fight for success of the Organisation, but they work to finish the day or month to be paid their salary, this is very dangerous for any Organisation or business to stand. Thats why many Ugandan businesses that are capable to fetch maybe 2 billion shillins profit per year end up with 500 million or even less per year, so an employee's interest, hard work, dedication and devotion is very important for any kind of enterprise.
  3. Creating a big gap between the employees and employers, this cannot help the employer to identify better workers and they end up promoting people who are not better workers hence business fairlure.
  4. Lack of supervision, which promots lazyness in the workers.
